1-Year Guarantee

All of our watches are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.

• If your watch requires service during this time, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
• The guarantee covers the case, movement, hands, and dial.
   

What’s not covered:

• Normal wear and tear (such as scratches on the case, crystal, or strap) 
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repair 
• Water damage if the crown was not fully secured
   

14-Day Trial Period

We want you to love your watch. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
