Canadian Made Mechanical Watches

Watches purchased throught the Barrington Griffiths Watch Company website are eligible for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that the watch is in new condition and is returned in its original box. 

For refunds and exchanges under the 14 day refund period or for shipping for warranty services please see below.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us info@bgwatch.com. If the watch qualifies for return or exchange under our policy, we will email you a confirmation along with the shipping address for the return.

1. Pack Your Watch for Shipping

The returned watch must be in a saleable condition. Include the watch and booklet in the original watch box, and use protective packing material around the watch box in the shipping box.

2. Ship Your Package 

Ship using a pre-paid shipping label or through a shipper indicated in the instructions that will be provided to you by email.  

3. Receiving Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive your returned watch, it will be reviewed to ensure it meets the conditions for refund or exchange. If accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed within a few business days.

Please note that watches showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage cannot not be accepted for refund or exchange.
