Canadian Made Mechanical Watches

Watches purchased through the Barrington Griffiths Watch Company website are eligible for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that the watch is in new condition and is returned in its original box.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@bgwatch.com. If your watch qualifies under our return and exchange policy, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with the return shipping address.

The watch must be in saleable condition. Include the watch, booklet, and any other original items in the watch box. Pack the watch box securely in a shipping box using protective material.

Use a pre-paid shipping label or a shipper specified in the return instructions provided by email.

Once we receive your returned watch, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for return. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within a few business days.

Please note: Watches showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.
